LeClocher tagliere vino calice 1

THE WINE

  • PRECONDITION: This particular wine cannot be produced every year. That’s a choice we make depending on the wine vintage, the grape quantity, the grape quality and – first of all – Danilo’s wise opinion.
  • VINE VARIETIES: 70 % Petite Arvine and 30 % Pinot Noir
  • METHOD: Charmat
  • VINIFICATION: After the harvest, traditional vinification for Petite Arvine and white vinification for Pinot Noir. Then they are mixed in a specific autoclave in which Pied de Cuve is added. Here a 28-day long fermentation begins. 2 batonnage per day for the subsequent 5 months
  • BOTTLING: May
  • COLOUR: Straw yellow
  • FRAGRANCES: Intense aroma of white flowers and exotic fruit
  • HOW DOES IT TASTE: Peculiarly fizzy and enveloping on the palate. Great acidity, yellow fruits, ananas, apricots, peaches and floral touch like elderflower and pink roses.
  • AT THE TABLE: Great for any kind of appetizers but also for the entire meal. Ideal with seafood, meat and white vegetables
  • CLASSIFICATION: Table wine
  • ALCOHOLIC CONTENT: 13 %
  • BOTTLE QUANTITY: 4000
  • BOTTLE SIZE: 0.75 l
