Ambrosia

LeClocher tagliere vino calice 7

THE WINE

  • VINE VARIETY: 100% Gewurztraminer
  • VINIFICATION: After the harvest in November, the bunches of grape keep on drying in specific little boxes. Then, we proceed with a little crushing. In the end, all is put in a steel tank to ferment for at least one month
  • AGING: When maceration is over, 6 months in a steel tank
  • BOTTLING: August-September
  • COLOUR: Intense golden yellow with shades of orange
  • FRAGRANCES: Very intense aroma of peach and apricot jam; pronounced scent of acacia honey
  • HOW DOES IT TASTE: It’s an exquisite nectar: the sweetness and the density of the wine make it feel slightly acid on the palate. Without being cloying, every sip let you discover floral bouquets, ripe fruit, dry ones, and delicate acacia honey. Very persistent
  • AT THE TABLE: It’s ideal at the end of a meal, both alone and with a dessert. Also, it’s perfect to sip at ease on the sofa as a sweet evening caress
  • WINE CLASSIFICATION: Table wine
  • ALCOHOLIC CONTENT: 14%
  • BOTTLE QUANTITY: 1000
  • BOTTLE SIZE: 0.5 l
