Our company was born in the early nineties thanks to the passion my grandmother has passed on
\nme since I was a child. Nowadays, it\u2019s up to me \u2013 Charr\u00e8re Danilo \u2013 and my daughter Nicole to run
\nthis family business which includes about 4.5 hectares of vineyards divided into 41 plots of land.<\/p>\n

Our viticulture is traditional but also extremely respectful of the environment both in the vineyard
\nand in the cellar. We produce about 35.000 bottles of wine (70 quintals per hectare) and almost 12
\nlabels. We work with local vines such as Torrette, Cornalin, Fumin but also with international vine
\nvarieties like Pinot Gris, Pinot Noir, Gamay, Gewurztraminer and Petite Arvine.<\/p>\n

Our company is in the central basin of Valle d\u2019Aosta, a few kilometres from Aosta (the main city of
\nthe region). Our work is defined \u201cheroic viticulture\u201d. This expression points out some specific traits
\nof the territory: the slope of the land is greater than 30%, there is a severe temperature range and
\na few other features which make working these soils a hard job. As a matter of fact, a huge part of
\nthe labour is done by hand, with no mechanical equipment. This allows us to take better care of our
\nvineyards and ensures that the final product, the wine, is made of our main ingredient: love<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/section>
